Can't use my rewards

It won't me use my points no matter what I do. I have 55$ on rewards and it won't let me use it whether I use my phone number or swipe my card I need this fixed as soon as possible Why am I using my card if I can't use the points on it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It was settled with the gas station and not Exxon

I pre-paid for my gas but I was having an issue with the handle reaching my gas tank so I had to stop pumping and move my car back around so I could get it to pump the gas into my tank. I had to go back in and tell the girl she needed to reset it, but she told me that she already had it go back to my account.

So I moved to another part. Same darn problem. This place is always a big O line with all the people. They never have two people running the register.

They know how bad it gets yet they will not open the second register. They will not hire another person, knowing how bad it is there. I left and got some gas somewhere else. Theres another gas station opening up across the street and I think Im probably going to just start going over there.

This is just been a great big hassle ever since I moved to Saraland. This is the worst customer service store that there is and all of Saraland. I dont know why yall dont have a second store somewhere in this area. There are a lot of convenient stores that you could use instead of this one because it is just horrible customer service.

I dont think that it is worth the incentive with the Exxon rewards card. Not sure that the money went back onto my debit card.

Call the automated banking line and I had $15 deposited into my account but it is supposed to be $35. Will check on that tomorrow.

Jan. 2, 2024 2:03am. The cashier which name is Karu was very rude. Never greet me as I approached the cashier register. Bad enough he was on the phone the whole time. All I ask if I can put my number in. Karu going to tell me in a rude manner, "next time tell me first. Do you understand me?" If this what yall teaching employees which is bad customer.

Rude service station attendant.

Tried using my Exxon Mobile credit card at one of your stations and my card was rejected. Strange since we are long time customers in good standing.

When I explained to the attendant his comment was good for you. I left the station without purchasing fuel and proceeded to a much more friendly environment at a Shell establishment. Never been treated like this at any other station no matter the brand. Will not return to this station.

Maybe not return to any Exxon Mobile station. Called customer service and they advised that they reported my complaint.

Funny your representative never asked for any detail including g the location of the station. How can they have reported it?

What did you expect the attendant to do? The bank that operates your Exxon credit card is who you call.

The $12/hour worker doesn’t care AND can’t do anything about it.

And of course the Shell attendant was friendly because whatever card you paid with went through. Just a thought, I guarantee the Shell attendant wouldn’t have cared either if your card rejected.

Tired of hearing Leaf blowing at 8am!!!!!!

Why is your *** employee leaf blowing dirt!!! At 46 in the AM!!!?!?!!! There's a noise allowance law in NY for leaf blowing!!! First you people did it 330 in the Morning!!! Now it's 830 in the morning!!! Why?!?!?!!! There's nothing to blow!! Every God damn day!!!for a *** hour!!! Enough already!!!

Employee cussed me out and threatened me to put me out the store and told me if he didnt have other customers he he would do so very nasty cursing in front of customers told me he was gone beat my *** and that he didnt give a *** about his job after I told him I was gone get in contact with corporate I asked Steven who had a name badge on for his boss emailed or corporate number he said there wasnt a number too call he was very nasty as well down below is the general men that was very rude and disrespectful Especially the black guy

Rude manager and bad customer service

Kicked me out the store and called the police because I told her she was impolite for reaching across me pouring her drink out into the drink fountain. She also Called me broke because I was cleaning sand out my car from leaving from fishing. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will be contacting my family attorney to further investigate and take legal actions.

Change back issues.

Exxon - Change back issues.

Hello, my name is Drake Campbell. I live in Port St Joe Florida.

And the last couple of times I have stopped at the Exxon on Port St Joe Beach as well as downtown Port St Joe I've been given the wrong change back and then argued with by the ladies working behind this counter. Today I gave a $50 bill for a payment for a total of $40.64 for my gas and a few items and I only received $5.36 back.

I am missing four dollars and a week and a half ago I made the same purchase only $10 was withheld. Please help me remedy this situation as well as it no longer be an issue I have pictures of the receipts as well as them having type to the correct amount that I gave them in the correct amount of change I was supposed to get back.

I was assaulted an attendance

I was in the fuel station to buy fuel and the cash to pay for the fuel wasnt enough so I asked if I could make a transfer and the next thing was for the attendance insulting me .I was angry that why should he do that the next thing he did was to lock up my cloth and start punching and hitting me threatening to do a lot of things to me .

Lottery tickets issue

Hi. I went to exxon to buy a lottery tickets and show my id. He just look at it and he said no. I know i have to be 18 to buybut i am 19 year old. He didn't ever try to swipe the id on the register to see it real or not. Just didn't want to sale it to me for no reason.
