Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It was settled with the gas station and not Exxon
So I moved to another part. Same darn problem. This place is always a big O line with all the people. They never have two people running the register.
They know how bad it gets yet they will not open the second register. They will not hire another person, knowing how bad it is there. I left and got some gas somewhere else. Theres another gas station opening up across the street and I think Im probably going to just start going over there.
This is just been a great big hassle ever since I moved to Saraland. This is the worst customer service store that there is and all of Saraland. I dont know why yall dont have a second store somewhere in this area. There are a lot of convenient stores that you could use instead of this one because it is just horrible customer service.
I dont think that it is worth the incentive with the Exxon rewards card. Not sure that the money went back onto my debit card.
Call the automated banking line and I had $15 deposited into my account but it is supposed to be $35. Will check on that tomorrow.

Tried using my Exxon Mobile credit card at one of your stations and my card was rejected. Strange since we are long time customers in good standing.
When I explained to the attendant his comment was good for you. I left the station without purchasing fuel and proceeded to a much more friendly environment at a Shell establishment. Never been treated like this at any other station no matter the brand. Will not return to this station.
Maybe not return to any Exxon Mobile station. Called customer service and they advised that they reported my complaint.
Funny your representative never asked for any detail including g the location of the station. How can they have reported it?

Hello, my name is Drake Campbell. I live in Port St Joe Florida.
And the last couple of times I have stopped at the Exxon on Port St Joe Beach as well as downtown Port St Joe I've been given the wrong change back and then argued with by the ladies working behind this counter. Today I gave a $50 bill for a payment for a total of $40.64 for my gas and a few items and I only received $5.36 back.
I am missing four dollars and a week and a half ago I made the same purchase only $10 was withheld. Please help me remedy this situation as well as it no longer be an issue I have pictures of the receipts as well as them having type to the correct amount that I gave them in the correct amount of change I was supposed to get back.
